Is breakfast included?
.: Prices exclude breakfast however we do have a restaurant that offers a selection of hearty breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner.

Do you have a kitchen that we can use?
.: There's no open kitchen for our guests to use however we do have the Kangaroo Restaurant that offers a wide selection of hearty and affordable meals.

Do all rooms have bathrooms?
.: All of our rooms have shared and well-maintained toilet and bath.

Do you arrange airport transfers?
.: We can arrange airport transfers for you however all payments will be given directly to the van driver. As of January 2018, standard fare is Php300 per passenger.

Do you accept credit card payments?
.: As of January 2018, we do not accept credit card payments; only cash basis in Philippine Peso.

Is the homestay a beachfront?
.: Nine Clouds Homestyle Accommodation is not a beachfront property however the beach is just a few meters away.

Are surfboards available to rent at the resort?
.: Yes, we have a number of different boards to rent.

When's the best time to go to Siargao Island?
.: It depends on your personal preference. If you want to go to the island to surf, the best time to go is "ber" months. If you just want to beach bum, then summer time is the best time -- March to June.

What are some activities that we can do in the island other than surfing?
.: You can visit the three islands nearby (Daku, Naked and Guyam islands) for a whole day activity. Another must-visit place is Magpupungko Tidal Pools in Pilar with a side trip to Tayangban Cave Pool. Sugba Lagoon in Del Carmen is also a must-see place for another whole day activity. There is also a newly established place in Consuelo for wake boarding. Of course, beach bumming is a must-do when in the island.


Do you have a boat that we can rent for island hopping activities?
.: We can help arrange an island hopping activity for you however it is up to you to haggle for prices with the boatman. Normally, price goes from P1500-P2000 to visit the three islands nearby.

What are the means of transportation around the island?
.: Motorbikes and vans, both self-drive and for hire, are widely available in the island.

What currency should I bring?
.: Philippine Peso is accepted in all establishments in Siargao Island. Please note that there's not a lot of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in General Luna however there are some Money Changers like Palawan Pawnshop and Mlhuillier that can help you exchange some currencies to Philippine Peso.
